Who we are
Guardian Rescue is a self-funded network of volunteer emergency first responders. We serve people who may have no medical aid, no transport and no other immediate support, free of charge, day and night.
We work alongside every ambulance, fire, rescue, security and SAPS service, because the response begins with the community and works with whoever can best help the patient.

Your support keeps us on the road
We are self-funded and 100% volunteer. Your donation pays for medicines, medical stock, fuel, equipment and radios, so the next response is ready when someone calls.
